Problem loading roaming profile.

I have a small office network. Server has Windows Server 2003. I was trying
to log onto the server but im getting the following message. "Windows cannot
locate the server copy of your roaming profile and is attempting to log you
on with your local profile". I was able to og on before. The log on pc has
windows xp pro/service pack 2 and a wireless connection as well as hard wired
connection. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Typically this will mean that the server can't be contacted, that
permissions do not allow the client to download the profile, or that the
ownership of the profile folder is wrong. On this last point, the client
will not load a profile if it's not owned by an administrator or by the
user. This is an extra security check in case the profile has been tampered
with.
