Problem getting mail from blueyonder

I run my own mail server locally. Recently I have heard from two people via
other means that their mail to me bounces. Both are *@blueyonder.co.uk - the
mail is bounced "retry timeout exceeded".

Now I do run greylisting on the server. This is set to reject busy an IP it has
not seen before - If it gets a retry *after* ten minutes it is accepted. This
stops one hell of a lot of spam as most spammers either give up at the first
reject or bang away for about a dozen retries one after the other.

However, if it were the case that mail from blueyonder was being blocked, then
I would expect to see the IP logged on the server, but I don't. Which looks
like it never gets as far as my server.

Ask the send to send the complete returned mail to you at an alternate
address (hotmail ect) so your can see what is going on,but we all know how
unreliable ISP mail is.
