problem with ftp://webpages.charter.net

for 4 days I am having problem upload to charters ftp. Its will only
take one small file at at time or times out and sometimes will not even
take one small file! I have shut down firewall and all of that, no
help. Charter says its fine but it was never this way before. any idea?

You might want to check in the microsoft.public.windowsxp.network_web
newsgroup. This newsgroup supports Microsoft's Broadband Networking brand
hardware and software only.
