Problem with Cisco Wireless Bridge

Hello everybody i've a problem with a wireless bridge (two 1310)
I've configured other wireless bridge with 1210 AP, but i'ven't this
problem.
The 1310s AP are configured as ROOT and NONROOT Bridge, with any
encryption and defalut settings.
Theu have a common SSID "Bridge", but the radio interface of the
NONROOT bridge is down.
NONROOT Bridge give in the Window Log this:
"Warning Interface Dot11Radio0, cannot associate: No Response"
I veried the radio module configuring both the APs as ACCESS POINT and
i connected with my notebook to them.
