problem with aironet 1200 series (wifi)

I have a little problem.

Well,


I have 3 aironet cisco 1200 series and there are frequent disconnects.
the three aironet are each on channel 1,6,11, same ssid .
and i did on each:

power local cck 20
power local ofdm 20

and there are still frequent disconnects...( XXX has left the BSS or
eached max retries, removing the client).

if you have an idea.
