Problem accessing internet at times

Hi,
I have a problem accessing the internet through my wireless network. I have
hi-speed internet connected to my wireless router. I can access the internet
on my laptop sometimes. When I restart my computer, it works, but, after an
hour or so it stops working and I have to restart my computer again. I
checked various setting and tried
reparing the connection when it stops working. I also tried just
disconnecting and reconnecting to the network. Sometimes when I click repair,
it says it can't aquire an IP address. When the internet goes out, I can
still access my router. I just don't know why my computer or network is
behaving like this. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Reboot your router (unplug it from the power source for a minute or two).
You might want to try the same treatment for your modem.
