Hi,

Not sure if this is the right newsgroup to post this in. I have several XP
PCs that are running Quickbooks. We have a couple of network printers on our
network. What I want to do is to print to two of them at once. That don't
have to print at the exact same time. I would like to find a way to have a
customer service person select a printer and have it print to two network
printers without have to select each one individually.

Thanks,

Chuck,

I believe this concept is know as printer pooling. I've never tried it but
from the little bit I've read it appears to emmulate the way mainframe
printers (use to) work. A queue services the print requests for the pool and
allocates the job to the next available printer.

A printer job, is a file that get sent to the printer.
I doubt you can do that, unless the program (Quickbooks) has
the feature.
I think you have to do it the hard way.
