Printing remote

I am attempting to share a printer so people from another
network can access our printer from their office. I have
tried pinging the printer from their location but cannot
get to it. Any help would be appreciated.

after "sharing " the printer ...you go to the clients machine and "add
printer" , select "network" , use the browse button to find the PC that the
printer is attached to , and you should see the printer....if not , you may
have some networking issues
