Printing over VPN on 2003 Server

I have a small network with one remote site. The remote site accesses this
site via a Static VPN (CISCO). I am trying to set up a printer that is
located at the remote site on a Window server 2003 standard server at the
main site. The printer is an HP, the same as the 12 printers currently
running fine at the main site.

I added the printer the same way as the local printers (which are printing
to TCP/IP port). But when I print a test page, it fails.

Testing that I have done:
1: Ping the printer - OK
2: Log into the printer via HTML to the config screen - OK
3: Telnet the printer on port 9100 - OK
4: installed the printer on a local PC running XP-Pro - OK

These steps seem to eliminate a firewall or VPN issue. And the fact that it
works on XP but not win2k3 points me to windows.

Any Ideas?

Dan
