Printing to a network printer on a Windows XP machine

I'm trying to print to a printer that is attached to a
Windows XP machine on our network. Other Windows XP users
can see the printer, but I can't, although I can see
printers on other XP machines on the network. Any ideas
why the printer would not show up under this XP machine in
My Network Places?

If the printer's share name is longer than 12 characters, Windows Me
won't be able to see it.
