Printing from another domain

I have someone in my suite who is renting space from me. They are in
financial planning so their boss insists they have a workgroup name (12345)
different from my domain name (abcdefg). My server does the dns and dhcp
for the renter so they can get out onto the internet. I cannot see his
machine

I have a printer attached to my windows 2003 server and I think the printer
is on 192.168.1.22 or something like that. All of us in the domain use
this network printer to print to. I'd like to configure my server so that
my renter at workgroup 12345 can print to my network printer without joining
my domain. Can I create a user with limited access to only the printer if
they are not part of my domain?

I'm new at this and any help in getting this done would be most appreciated.
Thanks.
