Printing & VPN

If a printer is connected to local workstation and the
workstation connects to a server through VPN & remote
Desktop is it able to print to the local printer and
transfer files, if so, how is that setup.

Yes, if you have correct configuration. In other words, the server must be
able to access the VPN client.
