Printer Sharing - No Network Found

Would anyone know why I cannot Map a Network Drive from
PC#2 to PC#1? however I can Map from PC#1 to PC#2 (thus
disabling my Printer Share from PC#2). I can connect PC#1
to PC#2 however from PC#2 to PC#1 I get "No Network Found"
thus disabling my Printer sharing of an HP printer
connected to PC#1.
