yes, you just want to set the printer up as shared on a windows network.
does not need to be XP. USB or LPT1, no difference.
while you can attach a printer to a router, I have my HP 750C Designjet
set up that way, and it's sweet, but you need to assign a TCP/IP to the
printer. the only way I know to do that is with a jet direct card and
some CAT5 cable. don't know if that model printer supports a jet direct. ???
windows network easier....
share the printer.
