Printer keeps losing print share!

I have setup a new Win2K3 box utilizing Print Managment MMC. One of our
printers, HP 4000 keeps losing it's share, causing us to have to reset it the
last couple of days. We have other HP4k's as well, so any help on this one
would be very helpful!
