Printer Driver

Just installed a new server with 2003 server, now moving
printers from the old NT server to new server. I can
install the XP drivers for the printer but get an error
when I try to install NT drivers for our NT clients.

I'm installing the NT driver under the Additional Driver
box; but when I point to the folder with the NT driver
that I downloaded from the printer vendor I get an error
message "Windows cannot locate a suitable printer driver".

What am I doing wrong (other than not converting our NT
clients to XP)?
