First make sure the printer is still set as a
DHCP client.
Make sure that the Reservation is still present.
Make sure no other DHCP server or RAS server,
or ordinary client is hardcode to use or distribute
this address.
Perhaps the lease expired and the printer didn't renew?
Try restarting the printer.
A reservation can have different options -- if allowed
set this one to NO EXPIRATION.
