Printer access to all the users

Hi

I have 4 dc controller. I have connected one server printer in one of the
dc. I want to have all the users can able to connect to the printer. Its not
happeneing, if I create the user in that domain with same username and
password then its giiving the access to the printer, otherwise its not. Can
anyone tell me how to give the acces to the printer to all of them.

Please can anyone guide me how to fix this problem
