Print Management email notification does not work

Test email from "Set Notification" does not work, my Outlook works on this
server when communicating to the Exchange server. I test using telnet to port
25 to the exchange server and that also works but I do not get the test email
to my workstation from "Set Notification" properties of a Print Server or the
"Notification" tab of the properties of a Custom Printer Filter.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
