Print the fax when recieving

Hi,
I have the problem that the customer wants to print the fax when recieving
it. I did configure that but when the fax has to be printed i get only blank
pages.
I tried different printers but nothing was helping to solve the problem.
When i print the fax afteri recieved it from the location where it is stored
, there is no problem.
What can be wrong ?
