I was thinking of switching my phone from BT to Primus Saver @£99/yr to
avoid the BT rental price hike, am I right in thinking that since they are
apparently just a reseller of BT's lines rather than LLU that my ADSL
connection wouldn't be affected? Their FAQs don't explicitly say anything.

I note that Primus are also offering 24Mb ADSL - is this just BT's offering
rebadged, and is it any good (I don't want throttling or shaping, I use
torrents etc. I only use about 10GB/month though).
