Prevent users from tampering with wireless config

I've got about 60 laptops with internal wireless, 10 access points in
10 different locations (several miles apart) all access points are
configured exactly the same (same ssid, wep, channel) so that only 1
wireless profile is necessary on the laptops (the laptops roam
throughout the different locations)

I would like to prevent the users from changing the order of preferred
networks and/or block them from making any changes to the wireless
configuration in any way. I would prefer that the only network that
they could connect to is my network.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

Thanks
Dale

Encase all the laptops in solid plastic.

On my works XP Pro machine; the control panel icons are disabled so I can't
acces the NIC component, among others. Are you using XP Pro?

Do some investigating into Policy Editor, may be able to do what you want.

If they don't have admin rights to the laptop they should not be able to
change network settings.
