Prevent users from adding networks

Hi,

Implementing secure wireless using 802.1x, 802.11i and Group Policy-based
wireless access policies. The access policy does a good job of preventing
users from changing most settings but they can still add items to the
"Preferred Networks" section of the Windows wireless client configuration.

I'd like to prevent this and only allow "Preferred Networks" that are pushed
via the wireless access policy - anyone know of registry settings, custom ADM
templates, or native GP objects that can address this issue? Ideally, a
non-admin user should not be able to click the "Add" button (grayed-out,
missing, etc).

Thanks
