This sounds like a classic issue where you may have your ISp's DNS address
in IP properties, and/or it's multihomed, and/or the AD domain name may be a
single label name ("domain" vs the required format of "domain.com").
To eliminate guesswork on our part, it would be helpful to obtain
configuration information of your DC. To better assist, please post an
UNEDITED ipconfig /all of your DC and state the AD DNS domain name, as well
if updates are allowed in the zone's properties in DNS.
