NO, do not use the admin account. I suggest creating a normal user account.
run the Netsh command in the article, and pass in the user account you
created.
For example:
create an account call DNS_Imper. This account is just a member of
Users, and has a hard to crack password. Then run the command:
netsh dhcp server set dnscredentials DNS_Imper DHCPSrv1
