I'm stuck trying to connect to the same server using W2k client. I've
narrowed it down to my NATing router ( dial-in works ). Nat traversal is
a problem, can't be sure if it's yours.

Thanks Gary,
I am not sure my problem is Nat traversal. Can you please tell me what ppp
options or scripts you are using?

I'm not sure what you're looking for. I've pretty much taken all the M$
defaults. I believe that neither the server or client is the problem. If
I understand correctly, PPTP ( a M$ thing ) has an IP address somewhere
in it's header. NAT's nature is to translate IP addresses, but it
doesn't fix the header in the PPTP payload.

Newer routers/firewalls that support NAT also have vpn pass through,
which I think would solve my problem. That's if I had one. 8^(

This all from a very quick reading of my problem, so take with abundant
quantities of salt. 8^)
