PPTP VPN Drive Access

I cannot connect to network shares over a PPTP VPN using Windows
Mobile 6.0.

All servers mentioned are SBS2003 R2 with all service packs and
updates.

I can connect to (3) different servers at (3) different locations
using the vpn but cannot connect to shares on any of the servers. I
get the username/password dialog box and when I put in the correct
username/password the username/password dialog box pops back up as if
I am putting in the wrong information. This happens at all (3)
locations. I have verified the vpn connection in RRAS at all
locations.

Using any workstation pc I have access to I can establish a VPN
connection and connect to any network shares on all (3) servers with
no problems.

I have tried manually entering in the vpn server information in
Windows Mobile 6 with no luck.

I added the mobile device to the computers in active directory with no
luck. DNS and WINS are configured with the server LAN ip on the
servers. NetBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled in WINS on the servers.

I have tried "\\server_ip\share"; "\\server_name\share"; "\\lan_ip
\share"; with no luck.

I'm using my Comcast WiFi connection for all of this. I even replaced
the WiFi router thinking it may be the problem. I also tried
connecting a workstation
to one of the WiFi's
switch ports and didn't have any problems with the VPN.

I'm losing my mind.

Any ideas?

p.s. I had this posted in the "pocketpc" group for about 10 days with
no responses so I moved it here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm setting up microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs as a crosspost - since
SBS does many things its own way, you should always post SBS questions
there...

What syntax are you supplying? What about DOMAIN\username ?

I have tried DOMAIN\username and get the same result.

Thanks for the SBS post advice.
