Wrong option to pppd.

Add an entry to this system's ARP [Address Resolu-
tion Protocol] table with the IP address of the
peer and the Ethernet address of this system. This
will have the effect of making the peer appear to
other systems to be on the local ethernet.
That option is _normally_ used when you are running a ppp server, and
the remote that is dialing in to you needs to appear as it it were
directly connected to your LAN. You are dialing _out_ to an ISP, and
the option makes no sense for you. Find where you are declaring it
(possibly in /etc/ppp/options) and remove it. It is not needed.
