I am working with a LAN with te following configuration:

Win 2000 Sever
COMPAQ DeskPro Win98 workstations with SMC network cards (SMC EZ Card 10/100
PCI)
DELL WinXP workstations with another network card.

Why when I turn on the electric switch all the computers COMPAQ power on
alone?

If I desconect the HUB the computers doesn´t power on alone.

Do I understand that the Compaq computers turn themselves on when they
connect to the hub? If so, the reason could be that they have "Wake
on LAN" enabled in their BIOS setup program. See if you can disable
the "Wake on LAN" option.
