Try powering down for several minutes or so. Turn it back on but don't hook
it up to anything. If the POST does not complete to where the green light
comes on, you may have a defective unit. If the MN 700 is still under
warranty you may be able to get it repaired or perhaps take it back to where
you purchased it. These units are getting hard to find since MS is no
longer in the wireless networking hardware business.
