Postfix not opening port to outside

Hello all,
Recently, I have been trying to configure Postfix to run on a
nonstandard port as well as standard port 25, but I am running into a
problem. I can telnet to the port from localhost just fine, but it
doesn't open the port to other machines on the network, much less the
Internet. Here is the master.cf entry:

smtp2 inet n - y - - smtpd
In /etc/services (and /var/spool/postfix/etc/services), I have the
following line:
smtp2 1025/tcp
Any ideas as to why this is happening are greatly appreciated.

Oh...it was on localhost...I changed to 'all'.
