Postfix with Amavisd-new using Spam Blacklist and Whitelist define

Hello Friends,

I have using postfix mail server and amavisd-new configure using
clamav with spam maintaining. I want to spam setting blacklist and
whitelist sending with receive separately mail filtering. How can i
setting in amavisd as well as spamassassin ?? so anybody have any idea
please tell me.
