Ports used for file sharing

Hello,

I have VPN clients that need to access a network share on
a Windows 2003 server. My goal is to lock down what these
clients can access to only the IP of the server and the
ports needed to do file transfers to that server. Does
anyone know what ports I need to allow to do this?

I assume that Windows Server 2003 uses the same ports as
Windows Server 2000?
