Portal Slash with Squid

Is there any way I can use Squid to show a simple "I Agree" page with
terms of service? I really don't need to do authorization.

I thought NoCatSplash would do the trick, but it looks like it isn't
meant to be used with Squid and apparently is not supposed to be used
with SuSEfirewall2.


Does anyone have any suggestions?
