Port Redirection on DNS

Hi.

I have a WIndows 2003 server acting as DNS for my domain. It the only and
primary DNS that I use. I bought the domain name from Network Solutions, but
the DNS is done by me. Now, ISP is blocking incoming port 80 traffic, so now
I have to use port 8080 for my Outlook Web Access for example. Is there any
way to implement port redirection at the DNS without having to use any of
the DNS services out there like DNS4Me or PlanetDNS?

In other words, how can I have the DNS send me to OWA on port 8080 without
having to specify the port on the URL, whenever DNS receives a request for
OWA??

dns cant do that kind of thing.
it simply resolves a name to an ip address

You cannot do port redirection with DNS. DNS resolves host names to IP
addresses, it doesn't provide ports.

I had the same problem (Verizon DSL). I dumped them and signed up with
another company, Covad (www.covad.net). By law Verizon has to open up there
lines to other DSL providers. I have a faster connection 1.5 megs down 384k
up, 5 static IPs and "NO INTERFERENCE" for 75.00 a month.
