port forwarding

HI I need a little help setting up port forwarding in server 2003. I
have a windows server that has a public address and routes all
internet traffic to our network. I need to forward all the traffic to
port 1194 to a specific address. I thought I could do that with a
filter rule but that's only for blocking. How do I send only 1194
traffic to a specific pc?

You will find it under the Special Ports Tab in the NAT section od the
RRAS console.
