Port Forwarding with MR814v2

I have the PC that requires port forwarding setup on a lappy with WIN2000
and a static IP, to MR814, i need to forward 5198/5199 5200 .. for some
reason port 5198 won't forward, system works if i test that PC on DMZ .. so
the ports are open, I have the static IP of the PC and the ports i want in
the MR814 POrt forwarding .
she no go. she worked with my rp614v2
what have i done
