We have 2 broadband connections running on two separate routers

1 has IP address 192.168.1.3 (NTL 1MB cable modem) the other 192.168.1.5 (BT
2MB ADSL connection)

I would like to setup a Linux server so that web traffic goes over
192.168.1.5 but email traffic goes over 192.168.1.5

How can this be done.

IP tables?
