port 445 is not open for static ipv6 address

I have two windows server 2003 both having ipv6 enabled. Also I add static
ipv6 address on both of them. I use command "telnet <ipv6> 445" to check the
port 445 is open. The connection is failed. I try again with ipv4, this
time it connect succesfully. Please help me how to open port 445 in windows
server 2003 with ipv6 address.
