Is it possible to have two mail servers on windows 2000 setup like so:

1 running *only* IMAP ( (E-Mail Removed) )
1 running *only* POP3 ( (E-Mail Removed) )

They are in different physical locations, and are also on different
Windows domains, but I would like to be able to allow the users to have
the same domain in their email addresses independent of what server or
protocol they are using.

Sure.

Uh... what? I suspect you're asking a client issue question, but
you'd have to explain it better. Plus your mail server configuration
naturally depends on the mail server software you use, since W2K has
no POP or IMAP server built in.
