pop3 and smtp

,hi, i have configurated a mail server on windows 2003 and i created a
internal domain,i have some client win winxppro

how i download all mail in the mailbox in the server then distribuite to the
client whit internal account
help?

You don't. You must have a mail server that is running both SMTP and POP3.
It must have access to the user accounts database and have "mailboxes"
associated with the user accounts. The user will access it at the POP3
Service to retreive their mail and will access the SMTP Service when sending
the mail.

Technically, W2k3 mailserver does is simple POP3/SMTP server and it's
possible to receive all the emails into single mailbox say, in
administrative purposes ;-) and then redistribute them between multiple
mailboxes.
