Poor speeds with Bulldog

I've noticed that over the last 5-7 days, that my connection speeds have
been bordering on unusable.

I'm on PrimeTime 2000, and located in NW9.

Speed tests during the day give around: 450Kbps down, 250Kbps up.

In the evening I'm getting on average:

50-250Kbps down
120-260Kbps up

Tested just now at adslguide.org.uk, and got:
230Kbps down
149Kbps up

I don't mind so much not getting anywhere near the 2Mbps I'm supposed to be
getting.
But, it's now starting to fall so far short of *ordinary* 512Kbps that it's
becoming a problem.

I usually spend a fair amount of time online gaming. But, people are taking
offence at my lagging around game maps.

Anyone else having problems?
I've already emailed details to support.
Anything else I can be doing in the meantime to monitor/resolve/etc.

Baz

Perhaps I shouldn't add to existing posts, and should create new postings?

If I don't get back online gaming soon, I'll have to venture out into the
sunlight and talk to real people!

Probably a good idea and also include your exchange so Bulldog know who you
are..

Also try calling tech support and if you get nowhere then PM Claudio and ask
him if he can assist

At the moment your posts are probably just getting lost in other people's
threads..

Sunil
