Have I missed something here?

I raised a ticket to ask about the upgrade on DSLMAX through the PlusNet
upgrade procedure and it seems to have been closed without a reply?

Ticket: 19286401Closed

Open : [Support Wizard Journey]
[Trials Wizard]
[DSLMax Queue Jump]
[Additional Information]
I am interested in receiving your DSLMax service offering as soon as
possible. This is on the condition it doesn't constitute a new contract and
that I'm still on a monthly contract.

TIA

I had the following reply and then it was automatically closed a week later.

Open : Please consider this acknowledgement that we are aware that you have
requested to be regraded to MaxDSL as a priority.

We will endeavour to submit your order ASAP. You will receive an email when
the order is placed and another when it completes.

Due to the way that these orders are being placed, and the limitations we
have with BT, we cannot provide an expectation as to when they will be
completed, but please remain rest assured that we will have your order
completed as soon as possible.

Please do not phone the Customer Support Helpdesk, asking for an update as
to when your upgrade will be completed as they will have no way of knowing
this.

Seems (from recent comments on the PN web discussion area) that these are
now just getting the automatic closure done... No message to acknowledge
the request (and the closure is itself the acknowledgement that the user
has had their account name copied into the queue for DSL Max). So even
though it's not much of an acknowledgement, it is a positive sign! PGM

Are you joking, or are PlusNet really getting that desperate?

Under 2GB for the month so I think it's not that.

Don't worry, we've acknowledged your request. Due to a problem here the
most recent batch of queue jump requests were collated and closed but
without any confirmation text.

It's nothing to worry about.

Kind Regards,

Er, no you haven't, which is why I posted it here.

Which is why you haven't acknowledged it and secondly you haven't apologised
for it.

And thirdly I haven't had any update on when it might happen.

Not for me, as I've just put in my request for a MAC code.
