I think you'll probably find that there is only one truly dissatisfied
Plusnet customer out there generating most of the complaints - using several
fake names to try and give them bad press. They may well deserve it ( I
don't know as I'm not with them) but I would suggest that anyone who
regularly contributed to this NG, simply ignores ANY posts on the subject of
Plusnet. That way the troll will p**s off somewhere where he gets a
reaction.
