Seriously, you can't say I've not *tried* to resolve their abuse issues
with them. It was a cautionary tale along the lines of 'if you don't sort
this out, it will lead to a bigger problem'. Whilst their BT connection
may well keep them off Spamhaus, there are *plenty* of people using SORBS
and any Plusnet business customers would be right to be more than a
little *psssst* off by this.
