Thanks for both the emails
After spending a few hours 'fiddling' with this setup the plusnet adsl
suddenly came back to life.....
.....can't believe it's anything that plusnet have done as my
'question' with them still shows "Please check this Question in about
two hours to see the results of the tests." - same as it did at 9pm
last night !
So - it's probably someting to do with defaulting the router back to
its factory settings. If I was feeling really brave I'd flash the rom
- but at the moment it's working so I'll leave it alone <g>
Really don't need a solution that results in downtime - especially as
we hope to be moved (abroad) in 5 or 6 weeks...
...just wondered if BT had any ability to migrate a UK user to an
Irish user - but I guess that's asking a lot !
Thanks anyway
Adrian
