Hi there,
As previously posted we still have activation charges, so we can keep
the monthly subscription as low as possible. It would not be fair to
existing customers if their monthly subscription covered the costs for
new starters.
The ISPs that do offer free activation have higher monthly
subscriptions and if you leave in the first 12 months you have to pay
for the activation.
We expect customers who sign up for an annual contract to honour the
12 months. The monthly contract, requires a 30 day cancellation
notice.
