From the plusnet website...

The Fair Usage amounts are not limits and only usage which consistently
exceeds these thresholds, on a month by month basis, will result in any
effect on a customer’s connection. The Fair Usage policy applies only to
downloads (not uploads) and usage during off-peak hours (1am - 8am) is
not included.

What exactly does off peak hours not included mean ?, does it mean you
could max out your connection during off peak and it wouldn't count
against your cap ?

At the present moment until PN decide that they wan't to screw that down as
well, which will depend on how many & how much downloading gets moved to
that slot...

good point... it's usually the 'axe to grind' folk who post most :-)
