Hi there,
There is no obvious reason for this and I have not heard of any other
reports that this email has been 'SPAMmed' to other customers, however
if you can email me your username I will gladly look into it for you.
I will also investigate your call to us and the level of support you
received. Please accept our apologies if you were not entirely happy
with the support. The Customer Support is something we pride ourselves
on at PlusNet and I am dissapointed to hear you have not received the
level of service we expect our agents to deliver.

Our abuse address is
(E-Mail Removed).

I think its fair to say from reading this and other NGs, ADSLguide and
other forums that we are one of the top ISPs in the country. Not only
do we deliver a quality service with many added features but our costs
are increadibly competative as well.
As an ISP that does not advertise and generally only gets an increase
in customer base via word of mouth, if our service is so bad how does
our customer base continue to grow with the majority very happy with
the service? Obviously we are not 100% perfect, but any
mistakes/errors we make we openly admit to and we learn from these.
Kind regards
Luke
