Morning all

Does anyone know if the fee has been waived yet? (off to Zen - without

Dear Mr X,
At present you would still need to pay the deferred line activation fee
of £47, but we are in the process of revising the deferred fees, and if
they have been in place for more than twelve months, they are likely to
be written off so that you do not have to pay them. We expect to make an
announcement about this in the next few weeks.

Regards

A

Not done this yet. As per the other poster's comments, this is likely to
be mid-April.
